However, my experience was marred by poor customer service regarding room preferences and dining options that didn't cater well to dietary restrictions. Overall, while the resort has its strengths, the lack of responsiveness to customer needs left a sour note from my stay.

I had a lovely stay at the Riu Palace Punta Cana. The hotel is beautifully designed with stunning open-air walkways and a gorgeous beachfront. While the rooms were comfortable and clean, I felt some small details were overlooked. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I did find some of the dining options could have been better, with a bit less variety after a few days. Overall, a fantastic resort for relaxation, though some aspects could use improvement.

We had a fantastic experience at Riu Palace Punta Cana overall. The service was exceptional, and we truly enjoyed the buffet dining. Our room was clean and spacious, with a lovely garden view. However, we encountered some issues with the front desk staff's aloofness and limited dining options during lunch. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this resort.
